Preparation of accounts

Whatever our clients preferences to record keeping we have the knowledge and skill to work with their systems to extract the necessary accounting information for accounts preparation.

We can help you prepare accounts from your own accounting system by using our electronic system, ensuring that the process is as simple and efficient as possible.

Companies that do not require a statutory audit often prefer to have a review of their accounts and underlying records as part of the preparation process.

Management accounts and bookkeeping

We can help our clients produce either monthly or quarterly management accounts on a regular basis.

We have a comprehensive bookkeeping department, offering a full range of bookkeeping options to suit each client. We can source documents either at your premises or in our office, in addition to providing a monthly review of your management figures. We include all necessary VAT and CIS forms in our monthly work.

We are happy to provide a service tailored to our clients’ individual needs and will attend board meetings or help you interpret your financial results if required.

Payroll

We have a large payroll department dealing with many of our clients. We prepare monthly, fortnightly and weekly payroll, providing full payroll summary reports and payslips.

We also run BACS payments if required. We also ensure monthly PAYE is advised and paid.

We prepare CIS returns for all contractors and Subcontractor statements for your subcontractors.

Annually we prepare P35s and P11ds ensuring filing deadlines are met.
